Public Records Requests

Your request will be processed in compliance with the Public Records Act.  Per California Government Code Section 6253(c), upon request, a determination of whether the records can be provided will be made within 10 days of receiving the request.  You will be advised if more than 10 days are required to provide the information.  City's fees for records request services are thirty-five cents per page plus administrative time which is due upon receipt.
